Tonality Control 2.0 is a comprehensive workflow video. I will guide you through my most current multiple exposure workflow; I work on the same image throughout the entire video, except for a short example at the end. I will illustrate how I use the powerful tools and techniques available in Photoshop along with the TKActions V4 Panel to control tonality throughout my entire processing workflow. These techniques are quite advanced, and can be challenging, but they yield incredible results that are not possible with HDR software. I'll demonstrate how I take 3 raw files from pre-visualization to fully realized master file.
You can find lots of video tutorials on the official website that can make the learning procedure as stress-free as possible. You will learn how to improve images if you practice the main photography types or how to create HDR effect in Photoshop.
A dark tonality mask often proves to be an effective alternative to paint-like brushes for more complex tonal selection tasks. By painting with a dark tonality mask, you can quickly create complex selections that would otherwise require two or more separate, yet expensive, tools.
Unlike a luminosity mask, this hybrid mask is one of those hard-to-define tools. A key characteristic of a tonality mask is that it is created from pixel level data. In most cases, it is much better than the luminosity mask in concealing all non-image areas, like non-image areas like eraser/document tools, pens, beads, etc.
Tonality masks are also ideal for median filtering, White Balance, and even channel creation. For example, you can use it to separate the red channel, to get rid of the cyan exposure bias, or to get rid of the magenta exposure bias. d2c66b5586
